About Me
Welcome to Bodywork By Zay! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Functional Mobility Specialist. My mission is to help manage and resolve chronic pain while also improving restricted range of motion, and facilitate the healing of soft tissue injuries. By adjusting each session to the individual client, I will provide a very specific treatment for your needs, and prescribe at home exercises to help create lasting relief.
I believe massage is a healing art as well as a science. I approach my work with a balance of academic, technical knowledge, and awareness using different techniques such as Myofascial work, Neuromuscular therapy, Stretch/Mobility work, and Joint manipulation.
